As a business we have a medium sized office and laboratory area which is capable of staffing up to 100 employees and we needed a reliable security company to look after and ensure the building is always secure especially out of hours, which is the most important time for us.
Abbey Security have the contract for lock up in the evenings and opening in the mornings, with drive-by checks through the night, they also do a walk-through check of the building every morning and evening, advise us of any issues they have noticed and ensure the building is safe as well as secure. They are very accommodating if we need to have an earlier open/later schedule and will also be available for a weekend open/shutdown if needed.
We must also mention that during the past 5 years the security officers have changed, but we have never had any issues to our required timings or procedure which proves to us that their new starter training is of the highest standards. The office employees are also very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating with any questions of changes that we may require.
Without doubt, we would recommend them for all commercial and private security contracts.
